Reservations are confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit.
A deposit of £25 per person per booking is required Non refundable .We do advise Travel Insurance to cover this eventuality and any other incidents that may occur during your stay. www.lyoninsurance.co.uk
All accounts to be settled on arrival, by cash, debit or credit card. Rooms will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

The proprietors of The Ratcliffe have a STRICT NO SMOKING policy throughout the guest house. If we believe that smoking has taken place in the rooms then a £50.00 charge will be made to the room and the occupants will be asked to leave without a refund.

If damage is found to have occurred whether through smoking in the rooms or destructive damage made to property then a minimum charge of £200 will be made. Disruptive and unruly guests will also be asked to leave without a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse to accommodate any person who, in our reasonable opinion is not suitable. In such cases all charges will be refunded.
